Abandon commercial interests, force to add parachute of aircraft for every flight. Never repeat 744 and MH370

After the event of MH370 happened. I guessed why not install a parachute for a aircraft (for the whole aircraft)? I searched the Internet, I found this technology has already be created, which has already applied in some private aircraft that can decrease the speed when the aircraft falling down such that protect the passenger. The only reason the Internet given to explain for why the public aircraft does not install the parachute is for the commercial interests, for example, to protect a 747, the parachute should be very big and heavy so that decrease passenger numbers the flight can take, and may waste more fuel. So that, please decrease the commercial interests to save more people's life. Please give life a chance.
note: The parachute is for the aircraft not human.
