The federal government has tried to force the states through fiscal federalism to test us students for a while now. It has not worked. Has our education system gotten any better?
I ask that President Obama and Secretary Duncan abandon their efforts on Common Core.
The alternative solution would be to learn from Finland's education system, and to have a Teacher exchange program, in which Finnish teachers would train American teachers for a brighter future.
