Most Americans and legal immigrants cannot fathom why anyone in our government would want to grant amnesty for those who broke our laws to get here. Currently illegal aliens hold over 8 million nonfarm jobs that they are not entitled to. If these jobs were give to Americans and legal immigrants the unemployment rate would drop to below 3.7%. Illegal aliens cost Americans and legal immigrants over 320 billion a year between depressed wages, being on our social program for which they are legally entitled to be on, driving up medical cost for Americans and legal immigrants by using the ER's of hospitals for their healthcare without paying for the service they receive. We as a nation cannot afford another amnesty, So no amnesty regardless of the individuals situation.
