Whereas it has been found that the IRS can be used as a tool for coercion of the American People, that this coercion is contrary to the founding principles of this country, namely individual liberty and the right to disagree with your government; that simply reforming the system will not work because the IRS sets its own rules and regulations and can choose to sidestep any such effort to control it; that by choosing which rules to follow, and by not applying the rules equitably, the IRS has become a de-facto tyranny. Therefore we the people see no other alternative but to ask that the Internal Revenew Service be abbolished in its entirety, to be replaced by a new agency to be set up by congress.
