The federal government has damaged the rights and liberties of the people, required adherence to unconstitutional legislation, and expanded its role far beyond that which is constitutional.
I)The federal government has and continues to subvert the Constitution and neglects its compulsory duty to act in conformity therewith.
II)The federal government consistently expands its size and scope beyond that which is necessary and proper for the fulfillment of its constitutional duties.
III)The federal government continues to use its military forces abroad without the permission of congress.
IV)The passage of USA PATRIOT Act of 2001.
V)The passage of the National Defense Authorization Act which stipulates that any citizen may be detained indefinately.
