ABIDE BY THE UNITED NATIONS DECLARATION ON THE RIGHTS OF INDIGENOUS PEOPLE AS IT IS RECOGNIZED IN INTERNATIONAL LAW

ON Thursday, Dec 16, 2010 at 2:18pm EST President Barak Obama addresses his support of Indigenous Rights, but then recanted and change his mind about a week later. The United Nations Declaration on the Rights of Indigenous Peoples is observed and upheld internationally and through world court. By being a partner on worldwide human rights, the Obama Administration and the United States of America Should made to observe and abide by the the rights of Indigenous People as stated in the United Nations Declaration on the Rights of Indigenous People.The United States should be held accountable for violating the the Universal Declaration of Human Rights if they are not going to protect and recognize the rights of the Indigenous People.We are the first people in America & should be protected.
