The Ability for the American People to have a Recall Vote on the President

If the president is viewed by the public as not upholding his responsibilities thoroughly then the people may have a vote to recall the president.

The ability to recall will be an issue on every state ballot every year except during a presidential election year.

If 2/3 of states vote to recall the president he will then be recalled and a special election will be held to replace him.
