Ability one gets preferential treatment which in turn has harmed my small business! bad legislation

Created by J.B. on October 31, 2011

We would like to bring this to your attention, Ability one has and is taking over all custodial contracts this type of behavior is called preferential treatment it harms my small business. We sign up for the SBA to gain more work, we have not because of Ability one! If the goal is too hire handicap people I can empathize with that however my company can hire these individuals as well. We will graduate from 8 (a) program next year and all we have heard is Ability one gets first option. They do not appear to be turning down anything, as they have grown into multi-million dollars status off the taxpayers.

They surely cannot be considered small business! Need your assistance
