We ask that in times of great upset during a presidential election that cause us to believe neither candidate is fit for duty for the office of President that the nominees can be recalled. We ask that on November 8th that there be another option on the ballet that signifies the peoples anguish and frustration with the political system. As citizens we should be able to cast our vote for "None". In the event "None" wins all presidential candidates are null an void and excluded from second round electoral process. In a "None" scenario the election process will start again and giving the currently presidential candidate a stay of office for 6 month while second election convenes. If he declines it would follow chain of command till one takes presidency during the second election.
