We the people wish to abolish the 22nd Amendment as it disables us from choosing who we believe is best suited for our Country. Franklin D. Roosevelt was declining in health in his decision to put this into action.
We feel as though the people should have the ability to vote for the same President so long as said official wants to continue his/her Presidency to continue.
The 22nd Amendment impedes on the 1st Amendment, and Section 1 of the 14th Amendment. Where as congress put in place a law that takes away our freedom of choice, and the right to vote, for who we truly want, when we want.
