The two acts listed above allow the National Security Agency (NSA) to save all phone records, text messages, internet browsing history, etc of all United States citizens. This is a violation of our fourth amendment right which protects us from search and seizure without a warrant or reasonable cause. It is wrong to allow our civil liberties to be infringed upon in a pathetic attempt at counter-terrorism, especially when the attempt is ineffective. We call upon the federal government, and the Supreme Court to deem this law unconstitutional and disregard it affective immediately.
