abolish affirmative action!

Affirmative action is another government hand out because the anti-racists feel as though the minorities deserve a percentage of "shoe-in" jobs. If you are the best qualifying candidate for the job, you'll get it no matter what color you are. Affirmative action was created when the majority of America was racist, but that is not the case anymore and minorities are hired more often than whites just because (there are so many)! Affirmative action for whites would be just silly, right?... I work for a Mexican restaurant and I'm the only white employee. I'm the only employee who is not Hispanic and I do not live in a Spanish speaking neighborhood. What was it like in the first half of the 1900s when everyone in the diner was white... server, cook, and the manager? Abolish affirmative action!
