Ernie Tertelgte was charged with fishing without a license and resisting arrest because he was poor, hungry, and trying to get himself something to fill his aching belly. With the current state of the job market and housing problems in our country it shouldn't be illegal to feed ourselves off the land. He claims it's a natural right. He doesn't seem to grasp why it is he should be charged for eating. Give this man some public aid and job assistance please do not treat him like a criminal.
