The American people have been forced to live in a society where an unfair, unbiased, and unregulated credit score dictates our quality of life.
The credit reporting agencies have to answer to no one.
The information they provide to creditors is of utmost importance for Americans to get fair housing, loans, and automobiles. Yet they continue to go unchecked, and conduct their affairs with little influence from the American people.
The process of fixing an erroneous reoprt is an impossible one. The goverment offers no clear way to step in and fix these problems.
The American people are at the mercy of these agencies.
A computer cannot speak to the character, integrity, or personal life situations of any American.
