Decriminalize all drugs, including cocaine and heroin. All drugs should be “decriminalized,” not “legalized.” Create a government pharmacy/dispensary and heavily tax all drugs purchased through the government dispensary. If someone attempts to make, grow, produce drugs without paying "government growing taxes" or "government production taxes", including drug companies, they are heavily fined. Also, immediately release those imprisoned for non-violent drug related crimes and, similarly, erase existing drug charges from any US citizens criminal record. Under this law, pharmaceutical companies become government controlled entities. Drug companies pay for national rehab program free to all addicts. Drugs, like cigarettes, can not be advertised.
