The idea of a national sales tax is fair to all parties involved. ALL items for sale from established businesses would have a flat 10-20% sales tax attached. In exchange for this, the American people and businesses would not have to pay income, pay roll, or social security taxes of any kind. Also, all state funds would be devided up from this fund to the individual sates. So no state or local taxes either.
