Our own government is torturing people and making sure they get out scotch free despite many laws against it and our fought for rights we need to stop this stupidity. The bush administration was the first to give ‘interrogators’ or prison owners a back door, so to say, on how to get out of trouble and no one has done anything to get rid of it despite outside pressure. Torturing people go against our eighth amendment that prohibits the federal government from imposing excessive bail, excessive fines or cruel and unusual punishments.
