Abolish all government pensions except for military disability. Restructure Government pay so all officials and empioyees are on the Social Security and Worksman Compensation programs and 401K with comparable match limits based on Federal budget excesses. Set minimum retirement age and maximum retirement benefits to be more in line with Social Security benefits.
