abolish all gun laws other than the Second Amendment and remove the elected officials who support such laws from office.

The Second Amendment of the U.S. Constitution states "A well organized militia being necessary to the security of a free state, the right of the people to keep and bear arms shall not be infringed". Unfortunately, that right has been severely infringed, since to infringe upon a right means to deny or place limitations on it. This is exactly what is done by legislation that dictates who can be armed as well as what types of weapons one can be armed with. The fact that we were given the right to bear arms, rather than the privilege, means that right can never be taken away. All officials who support gun control in any sense as well as Supreme Court Justices who uphold it are in direct violation of their oath to uphold and defend the Constitution and should be removed immediately.
