abolish all secret courts such as the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Court and restore the civil rights of Americans.

I would much rather risk being killed by a terrorist while sitting at home in America than be spied on by my government. The order granted by the "secret" Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Court for Verizon to give the NSA on an "ongoing, daily basis" information on all calls in its system, both within the U.S. and between the U.S. and other countries, amounts to the government spying on it's own citizens. This can not be allowed to continue. America must remain a beacon of freedom for the rest of the world to look up to and not become like Nazi Germany or the Soviets during the cold war.
