In a country where employers will pay big money for temps, as to avoid hiring enough people to consistently cover large work loads, further avoid such things as providing adequate health insurance, unemployment benefits, and workers compensation insurance ect., the American people have lost the most fundamental and necessary requirement for prosperity; in addition to a means to acquire the American Dream... job security!
We can not sustain, nor long endure, any vigorous economy when the words job and temporary are combined. In the most simplistic terms, a very small amount of individuals are growing quite wealthy over the American people's desperation in signing a form that strips them of any and all legal rights in employment for a few dollars more an hour.
