this petition aims to alleviate the negative impact created by introduction of the toll (paid) lanes on some of the Los Angeles freeways. Its aim is to reverse the newly created negative impact of increased traffic by eliminating ALL toll fees/lanes on the above mentioned freeways and redesigning these lanes as HOV/carpool lanes.
