Education is a fundamental human right, and should be treated as such. There should be no charges incurred by any person for educational attainment and educational purposes. Public and private education alike should be made free of charge for all Americans, including primary education, higher education (at the secondary, high school, university, and graduate levels) publicly financed preschool programs (to be opened up for all) and vocational education programs.
