America has the most inefficient systems ever. Our democracy does not work, as we are divided. America needs one party to rule, the Republican Party. One can join the party by taking an intellegence test, so that the smartest people are running the country, rather then the liberals. This system would avoid lengthy campains, and focus on the development of the country. The people who make up the Republican Party elect reps, president, and state officials. The president is elected by popular vote among all party members.
