This petition is to ask for the discontinued of our Federal Income Taxes paid out of our common workers paychecks, to help those class of people, in the middle to lower incomes. To help them get through our recession.
A given amount of time, a period of three to 5 years of earned income, not taxed out of ones paycheck, but not to exceed a ten year, one decade period.
When signed into law, this new not-tax law, will start in the fiscal year of 2014, until Jan. 2020, and under that said President may be raised or entered back in, or left out until the next 5 years, 2025.
