Abolish arbitration regarding builder, developer & city disputes . Arbitration has no records. How do you know if an arbitrator has a history of favoring builder? Arbitration fees are excessive. Homeowners are choosing foreclosure over arbitration. Every homeowner should have the right to stand before a judge. Tort reform has passed in certain states. If a homeowner has the bad luck of an arbitrator favoring builder now you are stuck with a bad house many on toxic land, arbitration fees gone, & now you have to pay the builders attorney.
