The existing laws that have been designed to limit the effectiveness of the ATF have done exactly as intended. This petition seeks support to abolish the ATF and similar to an organization that declares bankrupcy and renames themselves, relaunch the ATF as the TAF.
If private business can re-brand themselves to avoid the burden of their past financial obligations, why not re-brand the ATF to avoid the burden of the laws designed to restrict the organizations mission and overall effedtiveness.
All existing laws would be voided, all employees would be discharged and re-hired. An executive order can be utilized to create the new TAF organization. This petition is intended to limit those measures that are designed to limit the role and effectiveness of the Federal Government.
