Abolish, bankrupt and dissolve the corporation known as the UNITED STATES, reverting all power back to the states

Over at least the past 4 decades, the corporation known as the UNITED STATES has proven to be a failed corporation, continuously exceeding budgets, overbearing of the citizens of each respective states and no longer represents the people it is supposed to be serving. It is unrealistic to expect our children to be made responsible for the debt accumulated, both domestic and foreign, and as such this unsustainable corporation should be bankrupted, dissolved, and left to the states to decide what level of federal government should exist, if any, after all assets of this corporation are liquidated..
