Abolish the BATAFE or at the very least stop the BATFE from changing laws independent of the formal legislative process.

The BATFE has for years, independently and arbitrarily changed the law of the land concerning firearms ownership in the United States. The right to bare arms is a Constitutionally protected natural right and the BATFE has been set in place to regulate and often infringe upon that right; often at times arbitrarily. There is practically no logic in the classification of firearms. Many times the BATFE changes the laws by the issuance of a simple letter stating an opinion of a bureaucrat in Washington. This "re-interpretation" of the laws written by our elected officials is an attack on our civil liberties; reminiscent of grievances our founders had with their governing body.
