The Second Amendment of the U.S. Constitution provides that the right of the people to keep and bear arms SHALL NOT BE INFRINGED. Implicitly, the entire existence of the BATFE and any laws or regulations enforced by the BATFE are illegal and unconstitutional. This also includes the National Firearms Act and any other law which infringes in any way shape or from upon the rights of individuals to keep and bear arms and furthermore requires that the U.S. Supreme Court, if so challenged, upholds the Constitution and prevents states from violating this right. This right is in the Bill of Rights and is considered an inherent and natural right which is designed to protect the State against enemies both foreign and federal/domestic.
