I want to put an end "non-resident" fees at public universities.
Most universities charge a substantially greater amount in superficial "non-resident" fees for students whom the universities claim are "non-residents"
I stand to make the claim that "We the People", the people residing in and being citizens of the United States of America are ALL residents.
Universities do this for the primary purpose of attracting wealthier students to their schools.
In doing so, they are also discriminating against a large class of U.S. citizens that choose to travel, for work, education, or simply to peruse their own happiness.
It's tragic that less economically fortunate, U.S. citizens are discouraged from discovering all the bountiful glory these United Sates have to offer.
