After the latest attempt of the ATF trying to push for the ban on A specific type of ammunition known as 'XM855 green tip', shows again how this institution wants to push heavy regulations against the private sector to control them. Not limited to firearms but alcohol and tobacco as well. These are products many Americans use in their average day and they should have the freedom to do so with little to no difficulty. The ATF has no benefit towards the citizens of this nation, only the government.
