Get rid of tax cuts for the wealthiest Corporations. Bring the taxes up to their previous levels but allow the taxed coorporations to have a loop hole to avoid the taxes. They can spend the money that would go out in taxes to support their municipalities, increase pay for their employees, make improvements to their buildings and infrastructure, or hire more people. If the money is spent in these ways it can be used as a tax rebate for up to 100% of the corporation's (or person's) tax liability. These taxes will have nothing to do with the company or person's net worth. The tax will only be for the company's annual revenue.
