Abolish career tenure for underperforming civil servants and provide performance incentives for quality service.

Created by P.O. on October 27, 2011

Civil servants fill many important roles that our government and our country need in order to function properly. How much better, more efficiently, more enthusiastically would they perform if they knew that they would actually be held accountable for their poor performance, or rewarded for exemplary performance? Civil servants of all types- administrators, police, teachers, clerks, managers, judges, legislators - must be held to the same standards of performance as the people they are meant to serve.
