Request:
To abolish charging of interest by the IRS (Internal Revenue service) which has been mandated by congress and is in direct violation of freedom to practice religion.

ISSUE:
The charging of interest violates the freedom to practice religion freely by forcefully imposing interest on the delayed payment on top of non payment penalty.

Bill of rights-Amendment I:
Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the Government for a redress of grievances.
