Stop State Sanction Kidnappings Within The Department of Human Services Child Welfare Programs Nationwide.My child was unlawfully seized due to the arbitrary and caprious actions of overzealous caseworkers whom should be better trained in discerning child abuse. The Department of Human Services/Child Welfare of Lane County ,Oregon, had unlawfully seized my daughter at the age of 2 1/2 months and I haven't physically held her since she was 7 1/2 months old, and she will be 4.After three hard years of fighting, I have WON the termination of my parental rights trial.Out of six allegations they could Not prove one.The TPR trial was October/2013, and they still haven't return the custody of my child, because they are defrauding the citizens monies from their Social Security funds,Title I-VE ect
