Abolish Child Protective Services / Family Protective Services

That Family / Child Protective Services to be abolished. The law is the only authroties that should be allowed to remove children from their parents if the parents is be charged with child abuse & or negelt of their childern. The parents will be passed under arrest and childern will placed with lincensed regulated Foster homes. That all Social Service workers will be fully educated & lincensed. A committee of elected officials will be assigned certain areas to closely regulate the Foster homes and social service workers ability to care children properly. There should not be 3,900 children in Foster homes in one state and parents just wasting away at life. If a parent is not criminaly charged with Abuse & or Negeclt of a Child than their children should be left with parents.
