Mr. President,
United States citizens , are taxed on their worldwide income , regardless of place where their live.
I don't want to make approach to abolish that legislation, understanding the purpose of its existence, however i want propose you to exclude some certain group of citizens which will fulfill following criteria:
a) Their were born outside the USA
b) Their became U.S. citizens later than their became citizens of foreign country.
c) Their never visited U.S. soil before their 18th birthsday.
Those citizens, didn't received any benefits from U.S. education system, health care, government social welfare programs , , U.S. road systems and other benefits provided by U.S. government and U.S. society, so i'm convinced that they shouldn't be forced to pay taxes in U.S.
