Abolish companies abilities to perform background checks as a part of their hiring process. This is for equal employment

This petition is being brought in order to make the hiring process even and fair for all persons who apply for positions with companies. Just because someone has a blot on their record, does not always define who or what that person is. Likewise, even those that do have blots on their record have to live and support their families as well. Make it fair for people to find a job or create a jobs act where people with a felony can still get a decent job and support their family. The senators, congressmen/women, and executive officers that run this country do not live on nothing or minimum wage, thus it is unfair to make people who are struggling and trying to do the right thing struggle and stumble and fall.
