We personally believe that alimony is exploitation of the economy and the institution of marriage. The only instance in which funds are paid to a party involved in the marriage that is now divorced, is when there is a child involved that requires care from the parent receiving the funds.
Alimony and child support are often abused by the parent receiving them for personal use instead of being used for the child's well being. This should be grounds for child abuse and fraud.
Abolish alimony, and enforce greater law on the usage of child support funding.
