ABOLISH CONGRESS(house of representatives and senate), allowing THE PEOPLE to vote on any issue using their internet access and a secure ID and PASSWORD for each voter. A simple majority rules. Judicial Branch(Supreme Court) and the Executive Branch remains intact. Only put forth an act/amendment to the Constitution to ABOLISH CONGRESS. With the advent of technology, we, the people, are no longer in need of anyone to represent us, we can do this ourselves. ABOLISH CONGRESS ALTOGETHER.
