Recenly, a friend of mine in Georgia granddaughter was whipped by a teacher with a big shoe and she also pulled down her panties and whipped her. While the child is hyperactive, this does NOT give this teacher the right to do this. This is Child Abuse and should be treated as such. The investigation is being carried out by the Schoool Board and this friend has another witness that the teacher did the same thing to another child. Also, there are 4 minutes missing on the video of this-long enough to do this to a child and destroy the evidence. The grandmother has Power of Attorney and was not notified of anything for several days. She has now filed a police report and the child is seeing a child psycologist. She screams at the thought of school and I would too.Thanks, President Obama
