Abolish Corporate Taxes in favor of a more Progressive Personal Income Tax

To recognize that:

1) All taxes are ultimately paid by people;

2) A Corporate income tax is really just a poor substitute for a properly progressive income tax;

3) The tax is regressive, in that many larger corporations have learned how to avoid it, and the tax falls harder on small and medium-sized corporations and their job-generating capacity
