We currently allow three "special" companies to track the private financial transactions of citizens and sell that information to anyone willing to pay for it.
This is enough of an outrage, but they are further allowed to create, and keep secret, a formula by which every American is valued and to charge for that information.
This has created an unjust system whereby virtually anyone can press charges at will, yet removing those claims requires proof and guilt is judged by an unaccountable corporate bureaucrat.
This system discriminates against the poor who cannot challenge the system and results in high interest rates on those who can least afford it.
It also eliminates competition among banks and favors big national banks over local competitors.
