Congress and the Senate should Abolish the Cuban Adjustment Act. For many years Cubans have been taking advantage of this act to seek asylum in the US and then return to Cuba. Cubans have been returning to Cuba while draining financial resources from the US. They participate in Illegal trade with a Communist Regime. These individuals are not seeking asylum because of Political reasons but for financial reasons. They are taking advantage of our charity.
