By removing the current tax system, all people will be paying tax based upon what they spend. No loop holes, no exceptions. People who live exceptionally well could not hide anything, if you buy expensive items, you pay taxes accordingly. Rich people, People who work under the table could no longer hide their income. Even people on welfare would be taxed. Currently there are so many loop holes that even if taxes were raised for the rich, they can hide all this income in the system. If there is no longer a unbiased tax system, there are no more loop holes, everyone equally pays taxes based up what they purchase, from homes, cars, groceries and households. This would be a fairer system, and it would ensure that 100% of all people residing in this country pay their fair amount of taxes.
