Abolish the current law "Felony Non Support" This law is unconstitutional to the rights of the people.

The current felony non support law derived of what is commonly called the "Dead Beat Dad" syndrome. There is no justice in criminalizing individuals whom have had their parental rights stripped away! Family courts in every state, are abusing their powers and capitalizing on the current law by way of "extortion". The courts are criminally prosecuting individuals and subjecting them to cruel & unusual punishment. The guidelines for prosecuting under the current law states clearly that the courts must first exhaust all measures and show evidence that the person ordered to pay, has in fact the "Ability" to do so. Courts in every state refuse to allow the defense or testimony of the non custodial parents ability to pay which is clearly entrapment since there is no other defense available.
