Abolish the current tax code completely and create a fair tax system based on what you consume from the economy.

Our current tax system is unnecessarily complex and ridiculous! Way too many loopholes for the wealthiest among us; too many pay nothing at all. With a tax based on consumption of goods rather than production would eliminate the debate of illegal immigration altogether. While they work here illegally they consume goods and therefore become taxpayers. This is also the most fair tax system that could be implemented, EVERYONE would pay their fair share. No refunds to wait on, no complicated paperwork, audits, tax evasion; our government would save money by eliminating the IRS! Also, upon implementation, any rate increase must be voted on with 2/3 of the states being in majority to pass, not congress! Amount of rate increase per vote would be limited to no more than 2% at a time.
