The data rates made by who ever came up with them have ruined internet for those of us who live on low income budgets and has increased the bills on the phone for the data overages in two months i had a thousand dollor bill through a local phone company due to this increase in price I don't believe that this is right or fair to many of us.I used to love to put the music on or watch the news videos as well as youtube music or opinions now it seems if i only surf facebook an dont watch any of the videos my month card for my hotspot might last two weeks if im very carefull an just log on long enough to check email an pay bills how sad its like a loss of communication for arts an for peoples communication globally across the world has been taken away for someones greed.
