During the technology age, especially during this time of factory farming, there is little reason to continue adding an hour of daylight to the planting season. In addition, the rotation of the earth ensures that daylight saves itself over the course of the year. Arizona does not participate in DST, nor does a large portion of the international community. Therefore, I submit that the White House moves to abandon the "habit" of springing forward and falling backward and let nature take its course.
